About Us

Owners, Lonnie and Susan Wilkinson, met in June 2004 and were married a short time later.  Their experience in the entertainment and event business was a perfect match.  They searched for fourteen months to find the ideal location for an event facility in Stanwood, Washington.  Mountainview Centre was born from these two creative minds.

Lonnie is well known for his jazzy bass voice behind a microphone.  He has been entertaining audiences since the age of 9 years.  He has worked as a DJ since he was 15.  Lonnie has performed as a radio personality and hired for voice-overs for radio and television advertising.  He holds an associate degree in sound and light engineering and has travelled nationally as a wholesale/retail sales representative for sound and lighting equipment.

Lonnie has also been an executive chef for over 20 years.  He is an excellent resource for our clients while hiring a quality professional caterer for their event.  He is also a certified minister and has officiated nearly a hundred weddings.

Susan has also been an entertainer for nearly 30 years.  She has managed solo artists and bands in the puget sound area.  Susan has also produced and directed local and regional musical and dramatic productions.  While in the entertainment business, she orchestrated large and small corporate and social events, charity auctions, artist bookings and vendors as well as meetings with entertainment executives.

Susan became a professional bridal consultant in 2005.  She is also a certified minister.
