Rental Rates/Packages

Basic Rentals (Oct. - March)                    $1995

**Basic Rental Package includes:  12 hour rental of indoor facilities, tables, chairs, kitchen, dressing rooms, off-street parking, rehearsal time, set-up and clean up and VIP coffee/tea service.

Premium Rentals (Oct. - March)              $2295 - 2795

**Premium Rental Package includes:  Basic package (see above), table linens, napkins, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, licensed bartender, wait staff and professional "day of" consultation (a $750 value).

Basic Rentals (April - Sept.)                    $2495

**Basic Rental Package includes:  12 hour rental of indoor or outdoor facilities, tables, chairs, kitchen, dressing rooms, off-street parking, rehearsal time, set-up and clean up and VIP coffee/tea service.

Premium Rentals (April - Sept.)             $2795 - 4795

**Premium Rental Package includes:  Basic package (see above), table linens, napkins, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, licensed bartender, wait staff and professional "day of" consultation (a $750 value).

Rental rates for weddings include  1-1/2 hours rehearsal time.  Preschedule with owners.
